Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Cafe Peppino’s “Selezione Speciale” coffee stands out for its mild acidity, dark roast, and classic Italian flavor. It has a sweet and complex aroma with notes of milk chocolate and dried fruit. Perfect for use in fully automatic coffee machines.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
