For deliveries to Austria, we charge a shipping and handling fee of 6.40 euros.
Shipping is free for orders of 42 euros or more.

We charge a shipping fee of 11.40 euros for deliveries to addresses in Germany. From an order value of 54 euros, shipping is free.

We ship your orders via DPD.

Your package will be delivered within 1–3 business days in Austria. Deliveries to other countries within and outside Europe may take up to 7 days, depending on the destination. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. All our products are available at all times, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page. If we encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, we will notify you immediately and do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible.

With the DPD app, you can easily track your order, reschedule delivery, or select the “Leave with a neighbor” option, for example.
