Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Low acidity and a full aroma – that’s how you can describe Rocketride’s Rennsprit coffee. The coffee blend is particularly full-bodied and intense with notes of chocolate. Gladly in a fully automatic machine or portafilter.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
