Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Eterna from Rocketride Coffee is a typical Italian espresso with a strong body and full-bodied taste. The round blend has very little acidity and spicy flavor notes. Perfect for the portafilter or fully automatic machine.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
