Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
The Innviertler Wuidling from Inndie Beans has a spicy aroma with notes of chocolate, nuts and a smoky touch on the finish. Strong and low in acidity, well suited as a cappuccino.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
