Glory by Rocketride Coffee is a particularly full-bodied and well-balanced coffee blend. It has a pleasant chocolatey and creamy flavor with a subtle acidity and very little bitterness. Perfect for use in a portafilter or fully automatic machine—and also great when combined with milk as a latte or cappuccino.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
