Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Due to its low acidity, Espresso Manuel from Caffè Gemelli is perfect as a breakfast coffee. Perfect for fully automatic machines, where it can develop its strong body with spicy and smoky aromas. Espresso Manuel is suitable for all those who prefer a coffee with little acidity.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
