Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
The fine, Italian espresso Majestro Pepé from Caffè Gemelli has little acidity and is well suited for the portafilter. Its intense aroma of dark chocolate is complemented by caramelized nuts.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
