Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Crema di Venezia from Cafe Peppino is a typical Italian coffee blend with a mild acidity, ideal for fully automatic machines. Sweet on the palate with aromas of chocolate and caramel.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
