Tested by the checker – that’s our conclusion:
Crema di Milano from Cafe Peppino is a dark roast with a strong body. Aromatic, full & spicy with nutty notes. Also popular as a typical Italian espresso, also in a fully automatic machine.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
