WTF Fine Robusta from Unbound is a particularly creamy single origin from Rwanda. A coffee that consists of 100% high-quality robusta beans – this means hardly any acidity, but a pure caffeine kick. The aroma goes in a nutty direction with notes of hazelnut and walnut, complemented by sweet marzipan. Perfect for the portafilter or fully automatic machine.
Strength?
The strength of coffee is perceived differently from person to person. Light coffees tend to be lighter roasted and slightly more acidic, while stronger coffees are darker roasted and tend to be slightly more bitter.
Acid?
Acid is often misunderstood! It does not make the coffee unpleasantly sour, but plays an important role. Acidity gives the coffee liveliness and complexity. For coffee drinkers with stomach problems, there are of course also less acidic variants.
