Why have I not received an order confirmation or invoice?
After you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If this has not been confirmed within 2 hours, just get in touch with us and we'll sort it out. You will receive your invoice by e-mail on the day of dispatch.
Which countries does Coffeechecker ship to?
Orders in our store can currently only be shipped to Austria and Germany.
Where do you get your coffee from?
Our mission is to offer you the best coffees. The roasters are in the foreground. We are constantly on the lookout for new roasters who roast high-quality coffee and thus give the raw material coffee a unique status. True to the motto "Roasters don't make mistakes. They invent new recipes"our roasting plants buy their green coffee worldwide and give free rein to their creativity when developing new blends.
When will my order be delivered?
As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. As a rule, the parcel will be with you within 1-3 working days.
What payment methods do you offer?
Credit card, instant bank transfer, EPS, direct debit and purchase on account (only for corporate customers).
What other contribution do we make in addition to supporting climate protection projects?
Keeping our own CO2 emissions produced within the company as low as possible is the most important thing for us.
This step has already been achieved in part by converting an old department store into a sustainable office building that is 100% energy self-sufficient. We want to keep CO2 emissions low by producing our own electricity using a PV system and associated electricity storage for night-time consumption. Our vehicle fleet will also be converted to e-mobility in the future. In spring 2020, two electric company vehicles were purchased for our employees. By charging the e-cars using solar power, we can significantly reduce our CO2 footprint.
We are constantly striving to find sustainable transport and packaging solutions and therefore work closely with the packaging industry to send sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging to our customers.
What does shipping cost?
For parcels within Austria, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 5.90 for orders under EUR 42.
For parcels within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 10.90 euros for orders under 54 euros.
What does climate neutrality mean?
This means that all emissions from business activities at the company location are calculated in full and offset via climate protection projects. All emissions generated in the value chain, from the transportation of the coffee from the roaster to us, through the electricity and heating costs in our company, to the packaging and delivery of the coffee to the customer, are fully calculated and offset by Climate Partner.
Is my order insured?
All shipments are insured up to a value of 500 euros. You can find out more about the shipping conditions here.
How do I return my ordered goods?
You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations.
All you need to do is send us an email to office@coffeechecker.com within this period, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. Please understand that we will not be able to consider your revocation after this period has expired.
Have you bought a coffee grinder, a portafilter machine or other accessories and the item is now defective?
Then write us a message and send us your order number, the serial number of the machine if applicable, and a detailed description of the fault. You can also send us photos or videos to support this.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a free return label. Please do not forget to enclose the returns form with your parcel so that we can allocate your return. You will receive the returns form with your order confirmation by e-mail.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling or writing a message during our business hours. Simply tell us your order number. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can still take your cancellation request into account. You can also reach us by telephone from Monday to Thursday between 8.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. and on Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. on the following telephone number: +43 670 60 54 880.
How can I track my order?
