For three of the cocktails, we took inspiration from Artem Bakurov and Dan Baccaintan. Her cocktail recipes impressed at the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship<\/a>. There, baristas\/bartenders create cocktail recipes that combine coffee and spirits. <\/p>

Coffee Tonic<\/h2>

Espresso variant<\/h3>

100-200 ml tonic water
Double Shot Espresso (60ml) <\/p>

Pour tonic water and ice cubes into a glass. Slowly pour freshly brewed espresso over the top and serve.<\/p>

Cold Brew Variant<\/h3>

2cl Gin
8cl Tonic Water

Pour gin, ice cubes and tonic water into a glass. Slowly pour Cold Brew over the top and serve.<\/p>

Forrest Beauty<\/h2>

Recipe for 2 people<\/p>

3 cl berry puree (pass the puree through a sieve)
3 cl sweet vermouth or port
2 cl ml gin
5 cl lime juice
2.5 cl sugar syrup (1:1 hot water)
2 shots of espresso<\/p>

Mix berry puree with lime juice and Sweet Vermouth. Pour the berry mixture into a glass and add sugar syrup and stir, then add ice cubes to the glass. Finally, gin and espresso, stir again and serve.<\/p>

Violet<\/h2>

3 cl\u00a0Honigsirup (Honig und hei\u00dfes Wasser Verh\u00e4ltnis 1:1,5)
2 cl Limettensaft
7 cl Soda
2 cl Holundersaft
3,5 cl Whiskey
125 ml\u00a0Cold Brew<\/a><\/strong><\/p>

Add all ingredients except soda to a glass with ice cubes and stir. Infuse with soda and serve.<\/p>

Aperol<\/h2>

3 cl Prosecco
6 cl cold brew<\/strong> concentrate
3 cl Aperol<\/p>

Mix all ingredients in a jar. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.<\/p>

For show-offs: Flaming Orange<\/strong>
Heat a piece of orange peel over a flame for a few seconds. Not too close, the shell should not turn black. Quickly squeeze the bowl over the flame. The peel can be grated around the rim and used in the cocktail as a garnish.<\/p>

3 cl Limoncello
3 cl Vodka
3 cl Simple Sirup

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes for 30 seconds. Serve over ice.<\/p>

Depending on which recipe you try, you can use different coffees. For the cold brew recipes, we recommend 100% Arabica blends – whether you prefer a typical flavor or experiment with fruity coffees is entirely up to you.
