Alessandro, a medium-bodied Italian espresso robusta coffee, forms a beautiful crema when prepared in a portafilter or fully automatic machine. Due to its low acidity and balanced bitterness, it works well in combination with milk. The aromas go in the sweet direction with chocolate and jasmine.
